Womenswear
I began my undergraduate studies with a main interest in Womenswear as I enjoyed rebelling against the traditional feminine features of a garment such as soft silhouettes and muted colour palettes. I had noticed that often inspiration for womenswear is found in gentle and subdued topics and so I intentionally interpreted design briefs to allow me the opportunity to be bold and daring with my research topics. This allowed me to create exaggerated and striking design outcomes, that enhanced the female form and highlighted the strength and power of a woman.
